Every Motor+ Collection frame is made to order and fully customisable.
After your order is placed, our design team will prepare a detailed digital mockup and send it to you via WhatsApp for approval before production begins.
You may request changes such as LED light colour, license plate customisation (add, edit, or remove), or even specific vehicle colour adjustments that are not listed on the website.
Production only starts once you confirm the final design, ensuring your frame is crafted exactly to your preference.

- Mockup & Approval:
Once we receive your confirmation to move into production, there is typically 1–2 days of back-and-forth communication, though it may be less depending on your preferences and responsiveness.
Once you approve the mockup, your artwork is handcrafted as a one-of-a-kind piece in our studio.
Because your artwork is custom made exclusively for you, it takes a little longer, but the result is a timeless piece of illuminated automotive art you won’t find anywhere else.
Warranty Duration : 12 Months
The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by impact, misuse, or improper handling
- Water damage or exposure to extreme moisture
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party electrical alterations
- Normal wear and tear from long-term use
- Damage caused by incorrect installation outside our provided guidelines

Can I return or exchange a customized frame?
Because each piece is made specifically for you, custom frames are non-refundable once production begins. However, if there is a manufacturing issue, we will replace it immediately.
